Russian Federation

Belorusneft main businesses in the Russian Federation are oilfield services and petroleum production.

Oil and natural gas production

Since 2013 Belorusneft started oil and gas production in Russia by acquiring OJSC Oil Company Yangpur.

OJSC Oil Company Yangpur is oil and gas producing company located in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District which operates at 5 fields (holds 6 licenses) within Izvestinski license area (1036 km2) in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District of Tyumen Region.

The total amount of recoverable reserves and resources is over 280 million barrels.

The company also has significant resource potential in respect of natural gas (production is about 100 million cubic meters per year). Current annual production of Yangpur is 2.3 mmboe.

Belorusneft works in the region using closed oil and gas gathering system and established schemes of sales via the system of the OJSC Transneft. The produced natural gas is sold via gas-transporting system of the OJSC Gazprom while the associated gas is almost completely utilized at Gubkinski gas processing plant of SIBUR Holding.

Belorusneft is focused on sustainability in all the regions and spheres of business.

Acquisition of the OJSC OC Yangpur is a part of Belorusneft business development program in Russia. Gaining synergetic effect from integrating producing and oilfield-servicing companies, located in one production region is a key to Belorusneft development strategy in the region.

Belorusneft is planning to expand its presence in Russia by acquiring new assets.
